By using the website, joining the waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. --- ## 1. Who we are Sponsorboard is the operating system for creator sponsorships. We connect creators — streamers, YouTubers, and other content creators — with brands for sponsorship deals. No agency middleman. No cold outreach. Just a tool that handles the whole deal lifecycle in one place. Sponsorboard is currently in **early access**. Features, pricing, and functionality may change during this period. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Platform or to any particular feature. Sponsorboard is a trading name of **FWRD Digital** (sole proprietorship, KvK 42057087, VAT ID NL005461307B53), based in Utrecht, the Netherlands — see the [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy) for contact details. --- ## 2. Eligibility You must be at least 16 years old to use the website, join the waitlist, or create an account. To enter into sponsorship deals through the Platform — i.e. to commit to a commercial arrangement with a brand or creator — you must be at least 18 years old, or be assisted in entering that arrangement by a parent, guardian, or other authorised representative who is 18 or older. We may ask for confirmation of that authorisation before activating deal-management features. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms on that business's behalf. --- ## 3. Your account - You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. - You must provide accurate information when setting up your profile. - One account per person or entity — do not share accounts. - Notify us immediately at support@sponsorboard.gg if you suspect unauthorised access. --- ## 4. Creators By using the Platform as a creator, you: - Confirm that content you produce for sponsored deals complies with applicable advertising standards and law (including platform-specific disclosure requirements such as #ad or #sponsored labels). - Understand that Sponsorboard surfaces matches and facilitates communication — we are not a party to any deal between you and a brand. - Agree to act in good faith in all deal negotiations and communications through the Platform. --- ## 5. Brands By using the Platform as a brand, you: - Confirm that your products and campaigns comply with applicable law and advertising regulations. - Understand that Sponsorboard is a matching and communication tool — deal terms, deliverables, and payments are agreed directly between you and the creator. - Agree to honour commitments made through the Platform's deal management tools. --- ## 6. Acceptable use You agree not to: - Post misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content. - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform. - Harass, spam, or abuse other users through built-in DMs or any other channel. - Impersonate another person, brand, or organisation. - Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules — without notice in serious cases. --- ## 7. Intellectual property The Sponsorboard name, logo, product design, and Platform code are owned by Sponsorboard. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. Content you upload — profile information, campaign materials — remains yours. By uploading it, you grant Sponsorboard a licence to store, display, and use it within the Platform to provide the service. --- ## 8. Pricing and fees Sponsorboard is **free during early access** for both creators and brands. We will notify you with reasonable advance notice before introducing any fees. Continued use of the Platform after that notice constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing. --- ## 9. Disclaimer Sponsorboard is provided "as is." During early access, the Platform is under active development and may experience downtime, bugs, or feature changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Sponsorboard is not responsible for the outcome of any deal negotiated through the Platform. We are a tool — not an intermediary, not an agent, and not a guarantor. --- ## 10. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsorboard's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost revenue, missed opportunities, or data loss. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. --- ## 11. Termination You may close your account at any time by contacting support@sponsorboard.gg. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. Sections 7, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination. --- ## 12. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-Platform notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. --- ## 13. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The Dutch courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protections under the law of the country where you live. You may also bring proceedings against us in the courts of that country if your local law permits. If you have a dispute with us, please contact support@sponsorboard.gg first.
